Sizzling Hot!

This week's dare;

Hi it's Keryn here this week and in New Zealand we're in the middle of winter. Not snow like some of you get but we think it's cold all the same. I want to see card creations using only sizzling hot yellow based colours like red, orange and yellow to send some heat out to us through the web.

I did struggle with this dare, not least being able to actually read the instructions and managed to add some addtional colours....

Paper is MME, Poppicraft ribbon and flower, Doodlebug brads, October Afternoon journalling spot, Bo Bunny and October Afternoon rib ons, inking and hand stitching.

Bits and Bobs

A few cards and bits and bobs to show;

The first is this week's team Dare over at Daring Cardmakers to use five of the same item on a card;

Papers - Bo Bunny Double Dot and Basic Grey Bittersweet, Punch - Martha Stewart, hand cut butterfly, Journalling card - October Afternoon, Rub On - Melissa Frances, Letter Stickers - MM, Flower - Prima, 5 Brads - Doodlebug.

and another fairly quick card made today;
Papers - Basic Grey Bittersweet, Corrugated card, Punch - Martha Stewart, Chipboard letters - Basic Grey, Brad - Doodlebug, Flowers - Prima, Ribbon - May Arts, Chipboard - Basic Grey Sultry, Love Sticker - Basic Grey Bittersweet, Notepaper, Buttons - Basic Grey and Rusty Pickle, Pearls - K & Co, Photo hanger - Creative Impressions.

We went to friends in Leamington at the WE to watch the footie and managed to leave the camera - good job that mobiles can now take piccies - not as good as a normal camera but not too bad either.

Josh and Jared both recently had parties to attend, Jared wanted to send a monster card so I made him a card and tag set to take;
