This card started out as a card using the colours in the current Papercrafts challenge but I appear to have somewhat sidetrack! Anyway here is the card;
I used; Papers - Cosmo Cricket @ Jessica Sprague, Rub on - Bazzill, Gems - Papermania, Ink - Letraset Promarkers/Clearsnap. Other - Washi Tape from The Makery.
