Another month has whizzed by. Which means it is time for the April Colour Challenge at Daring cardmakers'. This month, the lovely Lythan chose the colour scheme;
Although it is Spring and heading for Easter we are having none of your pastel colours here. Instead we are going loud and proud with a touch of grey to cool us down!
I did struggle with this combo a tad, in my head, it seems like a Christmas combo and I didn't really want to make a festive creation!
I eventually came up with this;
Which uses lots of Crate Paper, an American Crafts card blank, Docraft punches, Hobbycraft glitter foam and a Dienamics cloud die
and then I made this one too!
It's based on the current sketch at retro sketches;
I used more Crate Paper, American Crafts cork arrow and a Pebbles sentiment rub on.
TFL! and don;t forget to check out the DT's amazing colour inspired creations on the Daring Cardmakers' blog.

I just so love the way that you put cards together Jo - those lovely little details that keep me staring for hours. Fab job and well done for keeping your Christmas urges at bay :)
Your cards are so cool! I love the cassette.
You definitely managed to use the colours perfectly without even a hint of Christmas =)
