Challenge number two is up at Virginia's View and this time it's to use stencils;
As I'm not a prolific stamper, I don't have many stencils but I do have this honeycomb laser cut sheet. Then I realised that I didn't have anything to splodge into it so I made some embossing paste! I used a mix of Baby Powder, White Acrylic Paint and PVA Glue and mixed it until it looked sort of gloopy... I don't think that there was enough powder in it, but at least I know for next time :)
I added the paste to the stencil on top of some MME paper, left to dry then added some chalk ink and gold perfect pearls. I made the bee from an oval punch, ultra sticky tape and Doodlebug flock and a heart die for wings. I also used some letter stickers from stash, a mini peg and AC thickers before adding more MME paper layers and added the whole creation to a card blank made from Bazzil.
TFL!
