He used Cheerios, and, from left to right; 

Toffee Spread (heated in the microwave for 20 secs and Sprinkles;

Icing Sugar onto slightly damp Cheerios;

White Royal Icing (made with icing sugar and water)and Chocolate Hundreds and Thousands;

and at the front;

Pink Royal Icing (made with icing sugar, pink food colouring and water) and Dessicated Coconut,
