The required elements are
4 brads
3 circles
2 rectangles
and lashings of ribbon... and I made this :)
Paper is the really lush free stuff downloaded from Papercraft Inspirations
4 Brads - Papermania and Bazzill
only 2 Circles - the Pud which is actually felt ribbon and the corrugated card berry
2 backing rectangles
Thickers stickers and Ribbon Oasis Ribbon.
So only a little cheat and not really at all if you count one of the brads as a circle shape....

hehe you are SUCH a noodle, Jo - I'm not admitting that I remembered halfway through making mine that this was supposed to be a recipe card and all I'd really planned to use was lots of ribbon. Realsied just in time and rearranged it all!
