Oh Jo, how wierd is that - I used the same paper that you have used on this card for a scrapbook layout for a friend - I dug it out of my collection after probably buying it a couple of years ago, and probably at the same time that you were using it too! Scary 8)
Old paper - might be Sassafras Lass? Doodlebug embossed paper, Paperchase tag. Doodlebug rub ons, Ikea Ribbon, Cuttlebug snowflakes.
