(as uttered by the Kaiser Chiefs) and is also this week's Daring Cardmaker's dare as Ruby is the birthstone for July;
The birthstone for July is the
Ruby
Rubies are associated with devotion, integrity, courage, happiness and said to promote vitality, confidence and strength.
It's long been believed that precious stones have healing properties related to them. The Ruby's healing powers are in connection to blood problems and infection, it's considered helpful in increasing positive thought patterns.
Rubies are also thought to enhance energy, generosity and to bring prosperity and success.
I don't have that much red stash so quickly transformed some white flowers with a Sharpie and made this;
I used
OA papers
A really old Sizzix heart die
A new Tim Holtz Sizzix bird cage die
Paper string
Bazzill brad
Papermania gems and button
Melissa Frances rub on
