One mahoosive combined challenge at The Ribbon Girl this month;
Hello, can you believe that it is December already?? Our Christmas tree is decorated and our wreath is on the door here at Ribbon Girl HQ but we've done no present shopping and not a card has been written (and to tell the truth most of them haven't even been made yet!) But if your Christmas preparations are in a similar state to ours there is no need to worry because we have the perfect challenge for you:
It's a Ho Ho Ho! challenge for December, so we want to see your Christmas projects
As usual there are fabulous prizes from the two regular sponsors:
A stamp of the winners choice from our generous friends at Lili of the Valley
A £20 Gift Voucher (twenty pounds Sterling) from Ribbon Girl
and here is my card;
From The Ribbon Girl I used Berries, Pink Blossom, White Daisy, Flat Backed Pearls, Red Teeny Tiny Pom Pom Trim and Button Twine. I also used Crate Paper papers and stickers, Doily, die cut using a Cheery lynn die and a coffee filter (!) North Pole 2012 postmark from here - printed onto Safmat, a mini peg from stash and a creamy brown ink pad.
The knitted Christmas stocking is detachable so can be used on a tree - I used the pattern from here
You can find all the details of how to enter and also see the amazing Festive creations by the DT on The Ribbon Girls Blog :)

As I said earlier on another blog one of the things I love about the Ribbon Girl blog is all the variety of crafts, this is really beautiful and I love that little knitted stocking.

Oh wow, how CUTE is that knitted stocking - LOVE it! Thanks for sharing the pattern too - I must be one of the worst knitters around, but I'm sure my mum could be persuaded :) Fab card - so many pretty elements to it.
