You make me Smile :)

A relatively clean and simple card inspired by this week's challenge at Less is More, A Touch Of Turquoise;

I used AC cardstock, a paint chip, Pebbles washi tape, Freckled Fawn arrow and peg from stash.  I made the sentiment using PS and die cut with with Nesties before adding two teeny tiny googly eyes;
